Apply today! Summary The Retail Operations Analyst, Walmart is responsible for supporting the Walmart retail operations team. This individual is the critical analytical and organizational support to the Walmart retail operations team who will be tasked with identifying, developing, monitoring, and supporting operational execution. The Retail Operations Analyst, Walmart supports achievement of the company’s volume, net sales and share objectives by delivering exceptional operational execution and enhancing the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead initiatives to accelerate results and enhance enterprise selling capabilities by developing and/or enhancing analytical support, including scorecards, data visualization, and data management Leveraging data, identify opportunities and appropriate near-term tactics to drive topline growth Collaborate with Walmart customer team to develop selling priorities during the annual operating plan (AOP) process Support efforts to continuously improve effective communication between Walmart customer team, field sales organization, and independent distributor partners Support efforts to continuously improve the Walmart retail operations team’s utilization of data to drive topline results, improve operational metrics, and enhance shelf productivity Support efforts to communicate, execute, and monitor enterprise-level initiatives to enhance direct store delivery (DSD) capabilities that will results in enhanced customer experience Assist efforts to identify new capabilities and/or partnerships to continuously improve enterprise route-to-market structure and/or performance Qualifications Proven track record of identifying relevant data from disparate sources, assimilating and analyzing data, and synthesizing analyses into recommendations and decisions High proficiency with computer systems and software applications with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Office applications including Power BI Ability to craft and present compelling analytical support to various constituents as necessary, including the Walmart retail operations team, field sales organization, internal stakeholders, and the customer Strong communication, critical-thinking, and presentation skills Ability to build internal and external partnerships Resulted-oriented and problem-solving mindset Ability to travel to support key responsibilities, including company/customer meetings, regional engagement initiatives, etcetera Education and Experience Required 5 years in the CPG industry; Direct Store Delivery (DSD) experience Bachelor’s Degree Extensive experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications #LI-Hybrid Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $72,900-$117,300 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
