Store Manager Job Description :
The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for creating a cohesive working environment for all store team members while ensuring a unique shopping experience for our clientele.
Achieve sales targets while building a customer base and brand awareness with local community. Maintain company expectations of store appearance, product merchandising and inventory control.
Responsibilities :
All Store Operations Including but Not Limited To :
- Opening and closing procedures
- Maintaining store appearance and cleanliness
- Attend to any maintenance issues with urgency
- Inventory Control
- Store Merchandising
- Shipping and Receiving
- Supply replenishment and requests
- Achieving Sales Targets
- Creating daily sales goals for store and individuals
- Understanding and implementing importance of UPT and ADS within team
Sales Team Management :
- Product knowledge training
- Sales Training
- Procedural training
- Hiring new associates
- Onboarding and operations training
- Increasing current client base
- Handle any client issues that may arise in store
- Proposing new avenues of connecting with current clients
- Ensuring team is following company protocol pertaining to sale follow, shipments and outreach.
- Event proposals and execution
Reporting :
- Daily and monthly reporting
- Employee Reviews
- Payroll
- Schedules
- Utilizing Point of Sale to pull reporting

Job Requirements :
- Minimum of three years luxury store management experience
- Proficient in excel and basic computer literacy
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experience while building a client base

- Bilingual a plus!
