Project Manager / Investor will work directly with CEO/Founder Nate Johnson in accomplishing that mission and vision. In the last 2 years Nate has flipped 30 homes and kept 16 of them as short and long term rentals with 0 of his own money. You will learn and implement this same process to help acquire and partner on future real estate deals together to build massive wealth.

Our intention is to grow our market share in Virginia, Maryland, and DC each year and use our successes here to expand by using world-class operations, marketing, and lead generation hub to power agents in 12 other market centers by 2027.

A strong candidate will likely have a proven track record in telephone or door to door sales or an extensive sales background and enjoy the challenge of tackling hard things! Strong candidates likely already excel in their current roles. A successful agent would be passionate about achievement and draw energy from working with people. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for converting leads into appointments through personalized follow-up. This individual will take ownership of leads, and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They can record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow up of those leads. This individual must be highly trustworthy—in addition to being the first point of contact with the team, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers, and finances.

The Project managers activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such, they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team. This job will require mental toughness and drive to succeed at a high level! The payout is there for the right person who is driven to achieve, annual compensation ranging from $75K-$150K .

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
