QC/QA Manager
Management Responsibilities:
None
Department:
Quality Assurance
Experience/Skill Requirements:

5 Years of part quality experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
Experience in supervising a small group of associates.
Experience as primary customer contact.
Proven experience in root cause analysis and leading corrective action initiatives.
Hands-on experience with measuring instruments used to verify part quality.
Knowledge in metal stamping, welding, and assembly processes is beneficial, but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Detailed oriented with strong self-initiative.
Ability to interpret and explain part drawings.

Responsibilities:

Discussing and resolving quality problems reported by the customer.
Lead internal investigations to determine root cause and countermeasure for quality problems.
Oversee receiving inspection process and verify satisfactory completion of requirements.
Primary contact with customers on all new part development quality matters.
Prepare monthly reports as required.

Miscellaneous duties:

Maintain (Supplier Quality Assurance Manual)

Technical Skill Requirements:

Hands-on experience with quality measuring instruments
3 – 5 years manufacturing quality experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to interpret and explain part drawings.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
