Location: #LI-Hybrid About the Role: The Director of Examinations manages the operations of the Consumer Affairs Team and supervises a group of six to eight examiners who perform consumer compliance examinations, fair lending reviews, and Community Reinvestment Act evaluations for state member banks. Besides developing and coaching direct reports, the Director of Examinations builds and maintains strong working relationships with bankers and regulators, as well as Banking Supervision & Regulation (BS&R) and and Federal Reserve System (System) colleagues while participating and/or leading in various projects and initiatives. The Director of Examinations also manages a portfolio of supervised financial institutions in conjunction with the designated portfolio examiners. You Will: Develop and coach direct reports. Ensure standards, procedures, processes, templates, and tools align with established supervisory guidance. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with bankers, regulators, and peers. Participate and/or lead various projects and initiatives.
