Role overview We are currently hiring an Intermediary Payments Analyst. This position will ensure accurate and timely delivery of data to our clients for the Intermediary Payments Operations team, and will be responsible for a specific book of clients. Responsibilities Responsible for intermediary payment processes for several clients Coordinate other transaction based compensation payments Manage third party intermediary invoices Analyze and review reports Deliver board reports and other client requested items. Reconcile spreadsheets to bank accounts. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of data to clients Respond to client inquiries in a timely fashion Assist in establishing and maintaining policies and procedures Assist on special projects Assist in developing process improvements and other enhancements Qualifications Bachelors Degree (preferably in Finance or Accounting) Minimum 1 year experience in the investment company industry Proficient understanding of mutual fund intermediary payment operations Possesses strong project management, leadership, and interpersonal skills Strong problem solving, analytical, detail-oriented and decision making skills Intermediate computer skills / advanced skills in Excel preferred Prior experience in accounting and/or a/p preferred Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $50,000 -$80,000.
