ROLE SUMMARY: If you are interested in a hands on, continuous improvement oriented, fast-paced role with the opportunity to lead a team, then our Warehouse Operations Manager role is for you. In this role, you will guide a team of hourly frontline operators and salaried supervisors to receive, rotate, pick, and load nearly 4M cases annually to be delivered across multi-unit sites across Oregon. We are looking for an energetic person with a dedication to routine management and the curiosity and will to improve the bottom line. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote and encourage safe working practices through training, coaching, and auditing of team members Ensure quality standards are met throughout process of warehousing product Lead team of hourly and salaried employees and coach to ensure operational excellence and a mindset and execution of routine (standard operating procedures) and continuous improvement Manage an annual budget comprised of labor cost, facility maintenance work, and inventory losses Own and report out on department KPIs and PIs to lead to strong financials and ensure plans in place (root cause analysis, MCRS meeting schedules, action logs) to close gaps Plan labor and positions to accommodate for sales plan Work cross-functionally with our sales department to bring insight to forecasting and inventory management JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline, preferred Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example Results-driven with an ability to lead change Technical and problem solving capabilities Ability to work in fast paced environment Required to spend time to manage a 24 hours per day, 5 days per week operation WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
