Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all sanitation regulations
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Upsell additional products when appropriate

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and calculating change
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Understanding of bartending techniques and drink recipes
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in the food industry or catering is advantageous

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
