We're looking for a leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing organization. The ideal candidate for this position has experience in the field and will be responsible for ensuring that employees are working effectively. Responsible for maximizing productivity!

Manage employees and expenses to achieve goals.

Monitors collection of in-house guest balances and direct bill receivables once opened.

Participates and monitors monthly inventory of supplies and equipment. Ensures purchases made are within budget and approved.

Manage all sales activities of the property, thinks of creative marketing ideas, and meet revenue objectives once opened. Activities include setting goals with bonuses given if goals are met!!

Identifies and seeks out potential business in local market. Maintains relationships with trucking companies, corporate lodging, and other companies and key people to increase the company's visibility within the market once opened.

Promotes 100% guest satisfaction throughout property once opened.

Ensures that all guest related issues are resolved in a manner consistent with the company's goals and objectives

Recruits qualified applicants. Trains employees in accordance with company standards

Communicates all policies and procedures to entire staff. Conducts regular meetings to provide various information including company communications, policy reviews, local property activities, goals, etc

Inspects and repairs the property and cleanliness of property to ensure upkeep and repair, room cleanliness and overall property appearance!
