POSITION SUMMARY

The Registered Nurse (R.N) shall function in providing appropriate and safe care to patients within their scope of practice. You will be required to interface with clients on a daily basis to review lab results and implement 10X Health System’s wellness programs. The RN provides continuity of individual patient care and assures a well-controlled, clean environment for the quality care of patients.

The ideal candidate must have experience or a desire to work with functional medicine to include anti-aging and bio-identical hormones, as well as diet and nutrition. This practice is highly specialized and will require you to have a keen interest in preventative health and be able to talk openly about improving life-style habits with patients.

OBJECTIVES

• ​​Interpret lab values and conduct patient consultations
• Perform routine patient procedures
• Develop wellness programs based on patient lab values
• Administer IV Therapy and perform blood draws
• Answer medical and health and wellness questions
• Utilize EMR Platform to organize and track patients
• Follow up with patients to determine efficacy of prescribed protocols, and obtain testimonials and referrals
• Capture patient suggestions and implement feedback for continuous improvement
• Contact past patients to see how we can regain their business

COMPETENCIES

• Ability to interpret lab results and simply communicate them to patients
• Ability to safely and comfortably perform IV infusions
• In-depth understanding of health and wellness protocols
• Excellent interpersonal, sales and organizational skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, patients and the public
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, to learn and use an Electronic Medical Records system and other computer applications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Registered Nurse License
• IV Certified

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to perform in a clinic or mobile setting
