We are a privately owned Tax Advisory, Wealth Advisory, and Accounting firm seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and supporting the team administratively. Duties:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service delivery
- Process and track incoming data using various platforms for tax and bookkeeping projects
- Collect and follow up on outstanding A/R
- Maintain common areas for clients and staff
- Manage marketing campaigns
- Assist in planning client meetings and team events/trainings
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Previous experience in financial services, specifically tax and accounting, is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and staff
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite and common office equipment
- Willingness to collaborate and contribute in a professional manner with the team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
