- Providing patient education and disease management
- Overseeing and assisting with simple to complex wound therapy
- Providing post-surgical care management
- Handling Ostomy care management
- Developing an individualized plan of care for their patients
- Taking of vitals
Job Requirements:
- 1 year Oasis and Home Health experience required
- BLS (AHA)
- EMR: Oasis required
- Candidates should expect primarily routine/follow up visits
- Travel requirement - Local candidates are accepted
Schedule:
- Days Shift
- 5x8
- 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
