Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Location: Greensboro, NC 27406

Job Type: Contract

Job Duties:

• Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
• Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
• Ensure that patients take their medication.
• Assist doctors and registered nurses.
• Liaise with patients' families.
• Admit, discharge, and transfer patients.
• Ensure that supplies, medications, and equipment are restocked and maintained so that they are ready to use.
• Dress wounds, give alcohol rubs, apply compresses, ice bags, and hot water bottles, bathe and dress patients, and collect blood and urine samples.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of recent LPN experience in LTC Experience
• Preferred: PCC experience strongly preferred
• Ortho/Trauma experience strongly encouraged
• EPIC EMR experience needed
• Must have a valid LPN license in the state you are working in

Education:

• High School/ Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Certification:

• LVN/LPN
• BLS
• Covid Vaccination card

Schedule:

• 12 Hours/Day
• Day/Night Shift
