Job Title: Certified Surgical Tech

Job Location: Bakersfield, CA

Job Type: Contract – 13 weeks

Job Duties:

• Assisting surgeons during surgical procedures by passing instruments and supplies.
• Maintaining sterile fields and ensuring aseptic technique throughout surgeries.
• Preparing operating rooms by setting up surgical equipment and instruments.
• Anticipating the needs of surgeons during procedures and efficiently managing surgical flow.
• Collaborating with other healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• 2 - year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience as a Certified Surgical Tech
• Must have an active CST by NBSTSA and, BLS
• Travel requirement - Yes
