Responsibilities Understands and develops within our AGILE Framework, Product oriented IT, and drives teams maturity forward. Prepares materials, presentations, how-to documents, reference guides, procedures, as necessary to facilitate understanding of the framework and model. Identifies, schedules, and completes training as necessary to achieve shared understanding. Reviews Product Releases, Backlogs, Sprints, and Stories to collect metrics that are used to measure and improve the performance of our agile practice. Participates in the refinement and execution of our IT Product maturity model. Suggests changes based on practical experience of our product teams. Prepares materials to support the IT Governance Committee (monthly) and IT Steering Committee (as required). Identifies and recommends changes identified as a part of performing the roles and responsibilities of this position to improve overall IT delivery. Analyzes collected data to identify what contributed to performance positively or negatively to foster a culture of continuous improvement and to drive to outcomes. Coordinates projects and activities to ensure they are completed on time with limited supervision from management. Collaborates across teams and functions to ensure that all information collected is accurate and objective. Develops an understanding of IT SDLC process, software deployments, change boards, and IT Controls. Collects metrics and key performance indicators from various stakeholders within IT, validates the data, and prepares materials for various internal and external stakeholders. Partners with the Senior Manager to build a collective understanding of IT Performance across the segments. *This is a remote role with a high preference for someone in the East Coast. Experience Required knowledge and skills would typically be acquired through a Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science or related field plus 2-3 years of related experience or through a Master’s degree. Prior experience in Agile Methodology and Product Oriented IT Framework is a benefit, providing a solid foundation for navigating dynamic project environments and fostering iterative development processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to plan and execute activities with limited direction are essential for identifying and resolving complex issues efficiently. Excellent time management, planning, and organization skills are crucial for meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results within specified timelines. The incumbent must work with a sense of urgency and adapt easily to change, as the IT landscape is constantly evolving, requiring quick and agile responses to emerging challenges and opportunities. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills are necessary for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of cooperation and knowledge sharing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively conveying information, gathering requirements, and building relationships with stakeholders at various levels within the organization. A strong command of the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is important for creating reports, presentations, and documentation to support IT initiatives and communicate findings effectively. The ability to oversee and guide technical IT Governance initiatives is critical for ensuring compliance, risk management, and alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Strong willingness to learn and adaptable in approach Prior experience in IT Governance Experience with tools to track Issues/Stories (Jira, Team Foundation Server, ) Experience creating succinct narratives from broad data Ability to both work on a team and independently Exemplary written and oral communication skills For individuals assigned or hired to work in California, Colorado, Jersey City, NJ; New York State; and/or Washington State, the base salary range is listed below. This range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible. $80,000 - $110,000/ year Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
