102 ICF Incorporated, LLC is Hiring a Remote Project Analyst

ICF is hiring for a Project Analyst to support our work with the United States Post Office in Fairfax, VA. This role will help with identifying project goals, objectives and scope, and will create project plans/documentation that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required. In this role you'll communicate with the project team and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitors progress to ensure that the project stays on track. You'll also provide reporting to upper management regarding status of the project. This role will require some onsite days at the client office in Fairfax, VA but offers some remote flexibility. Roles Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure projects are completed on time Organize and plan project tasks and schedules Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully Delegate work to team members based on skill and expertise Create presentations and reports to communicate project status Address questions and concerns throughout the project Keep application development team focused on the tasks needed to support the end goal Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details Work with functional leads to transform and develop new requirements into designs and implementation Develop, maintain and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications Create and maintain workflows, approval processes, and validation rules based on internal stakeholder requirements Basic Qualifications: 3 years of project management experience 1 year of experience with Software development lifecycle and Agile Project Management Preferred Skills/Experience: Bachelor's Degree Proficient in managing cross functional teams Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent client-facing and internal communications skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, which includes Visio and Teams Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus Experience with project management software tools #usps Working at ICF ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
