What You'll need: 18 years or older Authorized to work in the US High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience for production Willing to work a rotating swing swift in a continuous production environment Able to lift 50lbs on occasion What You'll Do: Loads liquid product into designated finished goods containers and preforms final product inspection before shipment to customer or warehouse Meets customer requirements for washing, fillings, documenting, and sealing loads Work with shipping/logistics/load out operations to determine trailers to be washed and trailer wash priority Operate wash station equipment Basic trouble shooting skills of wash operating system Conducts routine tours and inspections of tanks, loading bays and other areas as assigned Manually manipulates equipment and preforms other manual operations as required (e.g. manipulates valves, attaches hoses and fitting, positions loading spouts, etc….) Samples and analyzes process samples Works with maintenance employees and contractors to complete equipment repairs and modification Maintains loading logs and log book Monitors and understands assigned loading processes; optimizes process performance without sacrificing safety, environmental or quality (e.g. makes appropriate adjustments, etc.) Preforms other duties as assigned #ROQ24 Work Environment: This position works inside and outside during all seasons. Occasionally this position requires working with hazards, extreme heat/cold; humidity, heights, exposure to dust, fumes and gasses. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Physical demands of this position include repetitive use of hands and arms. Individual must be able to talk, hear, see, and distinguish colors. Individual must be able to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 lbs. and climb stairs. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Schedule: 8-hour Rotating Sched ule. You will work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift in a weekly rotation (includes weekends and Holidays).
