Job Description Summary Must be able to WORK & TRAIN on any shift (Day or Night). Position openings may change with production needs Job Description Ensures product quality is monitored and tested in compliance with established procedures, specifications, and instructions. Reports quality related problems to the lead lab tech and Q.A. supervisor. Analyzes data and trend situations. Properly records out-of-grade situations. Provides accurate, complete, and timely documentation of test results. Communicates with Q.A. leads and production employees to ensure all specifications are controlled. Assists the processing and/or packaging departments as needed. Performs other functions as directed. Basic & Preferred Qualifications Maintain a good attendance record Communicate well in English in both written and oral form Safely use chemicals required for testing or cleaning Meet sensory demands of tasting, smelling, feeling, and seeing Add, subtract, multiply, and divide using a calculator Stand for long periods of time Lift up to 40 lbs Climb stairs and ladders.
