What we expect from our next team member:

• Will assist the store managers in operating the store
• Recent experience in the beer/wine or liquor industry is a plus.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, friendly and customer-centric environment
• Punctual, reliable and bring a strong work ethic to the job
• Able to work a sales register, stock coolers and shelves, package products and create shipping labels, responsible for opening and closing the store as needed and keeping the store clean, organized and welcoming
• Retail experience is a plus

Required Knowledge and Abilities:

• At least 21 years old
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed on a flexible schedule
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Valid U.S. drivers license.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and around alcohol/tobacco.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and “right to refuse” sales.
• Ability to cooperate and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and leadership.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with community members.
• Ability to work equally as a team and maintain positive, motivates safe rapport.

Position is pay per hour plus customer Tips paid out on a monthly basis. Competitive pay based on experience and employees receive a sizable discount on beer, wine, and spirits.
