The Role As a Senior .Net Developer lead at Kyndryl you will become a catalyst for innovation and transformation. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving change and enabling our customers to harness the power of technology to achieve their wildest ambitions. You will collaborate with a diverse range of practice, and technologies, tailoring cutting-edge solutions to meet each customer's unique needs. More specifically you'll be responsible for: Helping clients transform legacy applications to native cloud based applications Providing production level application support and help clients adopt devops Building greenfield applications based on business requirements You'll perform unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and security testing of AWS applications. Deployment and monitoring AWS applications and other tools Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and consultants. **Candidates must be located in the Phoenix Metro area, as this role will require time onsite 2-3 days a week. If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $123,740 to $296,980 based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. Who You Are To be successful in this role you will have the following qualifications: Deep technical (hands on) experience in Microsoft .NET technologies (C# and the .NET Framework or .NET Core/6) and/or Java (Frameworks like Spring, Struts, Blade, etc.) Expertise in the development and implementation of AWS applications Microsoft .NET technologies and/or Java, JavaScript, Typescript, AngularJS/ReactJS, HTML5, CSS/SCSS Expertise in ASP.NET, ASP NET MVC3 and MVC5, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET web forms. Proficient with one or more AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, Beanstalk etc Proficient with one or more Cloud Databases such as SQL Experience in implementing, operating, customizing, tuning, and troubleshooting large-scale Cloud solutions. Experience defining CI/CD pipelines to automate test and release across different application environments using concepts such as Blue/Green and Canary deployments and related technologies (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Spinnaker). Expertise in security controls such as encryption etc Good understanding of designing distributed applications within architectural scenarios such as Web, Serverless and solution based on containers. Good understanding implementing scalable solutions on cloud platforms (on AWS but not limited to) with focus on performance and resiliency, utilizing microservices architectures. Required Soft Skills Excellent interpersonal and customer skills to collaborate with other teams. Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal). Strong due diligence, highly organized. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a challenging environment. A willingness to learn new skills and technologies and keep up with the latest trends and innovations in the field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Open-source technologies and frameworks. AWS Technical Certifications Familiarity with other programming languages like Node.JS or Python, Golang.
