The Graduate Management Trainee Internship is an immersive 10-week program that attracts driven individuals who can take on exciting, cross-functional projects in one of our functional business units. This internship is a pipeline into our full-time Graduate Management Trainee Program. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Interns are placed on a project within one of our business functions, including but not limited to: Supply, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Technology, or People (HR) departments. You will own and deliver on a strategic project that is impactful to the business. At the end of your internship, you will present your project and final results to members of our senior leadership team in the North America Zone. Past Project Examples: Gap analysis and implementation of brewery tools including trackers & monitoring systems to increase efficiency; Optimized Analytics for Learning Algorithm to increase sales rep knowledge and account performance in the field; and Creating Route-to-Market Strategy for E-Commerce JOB QUALIFICATIONS: As a general rule, the Company does not offer practical training positions for F-1 visa holders nor sponsor individuals for purposes of obtaining temporary work visas (e.g., H-1B) or permanent residency (“Green Cards”). Individuals who require sponsorship will be removed from the selection process. Current university student with a GPA of 3.0 or greater. Geographical & Functional mobility – open to experiencing different functions and locations across the U.S. Demonstrates leadership capability in previous work experience and/or extracurricular activities.
