Position Title: Business Analyst, Revenue Operations Location: Westminster, CO (Denver metro area) Department: Centralized Finance This function as a Business Analyst, Revenue Operations is responsible for optimizing the data and tools in the Order-to-Revenue cycle to drive process efficiency and revenue accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Function as a key business partner to the divisional finance teams and IT on matters impacting Revenue Recognition and the order to revenue process Review part numbers and transactions to identify improper setup and drive to resolution in a timely manner Provide input that will help drive process efficiencies and assist efforts to implement them Assist in month-end revenue close processes Assist in preparation and reviewing of Standalone Selling Price analyses for the annual global interim audit Perform revenue-related data mining, analysis and reporting functions Ensure that the divisional finance teams have access to reports necessary to support their review of revenue assurance Ensure complete compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements as laid out for revenue accounting and improve internal controls where necessary Skills & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline) AND 4 years of relevant work experience in revenue operations, sales operations, finance, or a related field. OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and reporting platforms. Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements and internal controls Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process enhancements.
