Building Name: UVMMC - OneCare Location Address: 356 Mountain View Drive, Colchester Vermont Regular Department: Specialty Pharmacy Full Time Standard Hours: 40 Shift: Day Primary Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Weekend Needs: None Salary Range: Min $53.98 Mid $67.48 Max $80.98 Recruiter: Jason Dubuque JOB DESCRIPTION: The Pharmacists of UVMMC Outpatient Pharmacies serve outpatient medication needs by compounding and dispensing medication according to prescription orders, screening for and addressing medication related problems, counseling patients and health care professionals on the proper use of medication, and maintaining good business practices to ensure success of company within the mission of UVMMC. EDUCATION: Pharmacy Degree from ACPE accredited college of pharmacy (five-year B.S. or Pharm. D.), Certifications: Licensed and registered to practice pharmacy in Vermont. EXPERIENCE: One year minimum retail pharmacy within past 5 years, one year minimum experience in a health system pharmacy. Equivalent alternate pharmacy experience is acceptable.
