EDUCATION: Pharmacy Degree from ACPE accredited college of pharmacy (five-year B.S. or Pharm. D.), Certifications: Licensed and registered to practice pharmacy in Vermont. EXPERIENCE: One year minimum retail pharmacy within past 5 years, one year minimum experience in a health system pharmacy. Equivalent alternate pharmacy experience is acceptable.
