Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Adhere to all health and safety regulations - Monitor alcohol consumption of customers and ensure responsible service - Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales - Handle cash transactions and process payments using the Aloha POS system - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred - Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage presentation - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills - Familiarity with the Aloha POS system is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to handle food safely when required Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.
