Formula for Your Success: This is an exciting role that will exercise and sharpen your IT and Business Integrator skills. Using your Business Integrator skills, you will gather requirements for the continuous development of our Regulatory Information Management (RIM) System hosted by Veeva (a SaaS) and work with our business partners to ensure the successful delivery of planned releases throughout the year. Using your knowledge of AWS, you will work to migrate data through API calls, manage cloud components that are used within RIM, and work with system architects to continuously improve the RIM system. This is also an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of our effort to bring in automation and data analytics to further increase the value of RIM to Medicines Development and Lilly as a whole. You will work in a highly motivated team and work on projects that span across multiple Lilly's organization. Remain constantly curious and continually educate yourself on the technologies related to this role ensure the current and future success of your business partners, teammates, and yourself! Use your soft skills (relationship building, excellent communication) to influence business decisions, products, vendors, and technologies we use to ensure the success of our team. Basic Qualifications: BS degree in STEM related field OR an Associate Degree with 4 years’ experience in a STEM field Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
