The focus of this coverage is maintaining normal hospital operations, through problem-solving and crisis intervention. The Administrative Nursing Supervisor evaluates staffing and allocation of human resources, and facilitates the necessary resources to the appropriate areas. Responsibilities include unit-based assistance in decision making related to staffing, conflict resolution between units, and service recovery for patients and their families.
