Summary Under the direction of the ITS Client Support Manager, provides clients with product and technical support by providing leadership, guidance, ongoing education and backup to subordinate staff. Performs lead role in routine and special processing, and problem solving. Provides operational support to systems analysts and engineers during installs, upgrades or procedural changes. Hours Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm Education Two years of formal training or education beyond the high school level (e.g., Associates Degree). Certification, Registration & Licensure Experience 1 year prior supervisory experience and 3 years in technical client support or data center operations role.
