Summary Under the general supervision of the Director, the Rehab Program Coordinator serves as the primary resource for administrative support. Coordinates projects, oversees and supports systems and provides data management and analysis for outpatient rehabilitation services. Education Two years of formal training or education beyond the high school level or equivalent experience in a similar position. Certification, Registration, and Licensure None required. Experience Minimum of two years of related experience. Advanced proficiency in MS Office software applications. Responsibilities Provides administrative support to the Director and Managers Is a resource for data management (retrieval and presentation) Manages timekeeper function Orders and maintains supplies and inventory Organizes routine maintenance, troubleshoots software and hardware issues and takes a lead role in large scale system changes/upgrades Is the first line of support for IT issues and is the primary liaison to IT for the department Provides back up support for resource positions during absences Maintains printed materials for the department and coordinates website development Concord Hospital is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
