Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and acquire new clients, including apartment complexes, commercial properties, and other businesses to generate leads and secure new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of roofing projects.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Represent 10/10 Construction with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with the roofing and construction industry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Commission-based compensation with a commission structure of up to 50%, depending on experience.
• Monthly bonuses based on job profitability, ranging from $300 to $5,400.
• Yearly bonuses exceeding $10,000 for every $100k in commissions.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly spiffs providing additional earning opportunities.
