Our administrative professionals are the heart of our organization and are a part of an enterprise support team known as Administrative Services. Summary: In this role, you will collaborate with the Director, Administrative Services (Assistant to the CEO) and Manager, Administrative Services (Assistant to the Spend Management President), to effectively lead a team of skilled Executive Assistants and Administrative Specialists. You will develop strategic and cost-effective solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business. You will motivate and inspire the administrative team to deliver top-notch results, modeling exemplary leadership and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities: Cultivate a cohesive, collaborative environment among administrative professionals through consistent communication and strategic direction, enabling the team to prioritize effectively and support the Company's evolving needs in our values-driven culture. Create efficiencies through process improvement; which requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills and a learning mindset. Coordinate the execution of mapping administrative staff to the needs of the business, provide guidance and solutions for complex needs. Proactively identify cost-saving measures to enhance financial efficiency. Identify best practices to support the executive and support teams. Analyze data and implement changes while considering the bigger picture. Develop an understanding of the business to anticipate future administrative needs. Regularly communicate key updates and progress to the Director, Administrative Services (Assistant to the CEO) and Manager, Administrative Services (Assistant to the Spend Management President). Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. 5 or more years of relevant experience working as a C-suite executive assistant required. Experience in a people leader role preferred. Ability to inspire and motivate a team to work towards common goals. Exceptional organizational and customer service skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work under timeline pressures while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Ability to simultaneously balance multiple priorities to meet deadlines. Proficiency utilizing virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to travel. The ideal candidate will work at our corporate office located in Irving, TX. #LI-JS1 #IDS Estimated Hiring Range: $77,400.00 - $115,050.00 This position is also incentive eligible.
