Summary: In this role, you will manage performance reporting for the enterprise and the execution of strategic initiatives. You will collaborate across the company to define, develop, implement, refine, and report on key enterprise metrics and conduct analysis to inform operational and strategic decision-making. You will serve as a change agent by leveraging influential authority with key stakeholders to accelerate project deliverables across functional boundaries Responsibilities: Act as the key analytics and metrics partner for the OSM by delivering insights on enterprise performance through advanced dashboards and scorecards. Connect data and insights to create an enterprise lens of performance and outcomes across the company. Build central reporting on enterprise metrics that are available to our company while establishing processes and measurement protocols. Manage data extraction, modeling, report generation, dashboard building, and analysis of enterprise performance metrics by creating and maintaining a series of dashboards and scorecards. Analyze data for key findings that can inform next best actions while leading end-to-end program management strategy for enterprise-wide engagement projects and partner with leaders to create initiative plans that deliver on schedule and within budget. Track execution, progress, and risks of running initiatives and ensure immediate visibility for Senior OSM Leadership initiative owners and provide a regular summary of decisions, issues and actions, and risks to ensure OSM leadership is appropriately informed and can act accordingly. Prepare robust communication materials and progress tracking for multiple audience. Perform ongoing updates and progress of the overall strategic plan execution for review with executives and the OSM. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. 5 or more years of relevant experience required. Experienced leader as it relates to enterprise strategy. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excel, SQL, and advanced analytic proficiency required. Willingness to travel. #IDS Estimated Hiring Range: $88,900.00 - $132,250.00 This position is also incentive eligible.
