Our client is seeking a Parts Sales and Service Representative with heavy equipment/ power generator parts sales experience to join their team to cover the Nokomis, FL territory. This dynamic role involves working directly with their valued clients and ensuring high-quality customer service is delivered at all times. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing the best customer service possible.

Responsibilities

• Generates sales to customers for generator parts, service, rentals, and rebuilds on all generator makes and models.
• Quotes services in the field and works with all customer relations.
• Develop new customers in assigned territory while maintaining current accounts.
• Attend and work industry tradeshows and conferences to strengthen the company brand and develop customer relationships.
• Create and implement strategies for generator service and rental growth.
• Work closely with the clients sales rep to develop a relationship with their customers to gain service opportunities.
• Incumbent is to provide a detailed call report to the Service Manager weekly to discuss customer concerns and demands in the field.
• Maintains and submits accurate and timely expense reports.
