The ideal candidate will have prior sales management experience and demonstrated success in a dealer group. We are seeking a talented leader who is tech savvy, process-oriented, customer-driven and high-energy! Prior experience managing used car sales, or the finance office are both pluses.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be a leader & provide focus for your Sales team
• Work directly with our Team Members and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards
• Build rapport with customers to establish a strong customer network
• Provide support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
• Manage productivity of the sales department
• Maintain good working relationship with the manufacturer and lending institutions
• Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 years of dealership management experience required
• Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a strong culture of team inclusivity
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Tech savvy with solid experience in handling internet and phone inquiries
