We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver Mover to join our team. The Driver Mover will be responsible for safely transporting household or commercial goods from one location to another while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and prior experience in the moving industry.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and vans, to transport goods to their destination.
• Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items onto and off the vehicle, ensuring that they are securely packed and organized.
• Plan routes and navigate to various locations using GPS or other navigation tools.
• Communicate effectively with customers to confirm pick-up and delivery times, address any concerns or special requests, and provide updates on the status of their move.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and moving goods, including securing loads and using proper lifting techniques.
• Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any mechanical issues or damage to the supervisor.
• Assist with packing and wrapping items as needed, ensuring that they are protected during transport.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of moves.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive manner.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience driving commercial vehicles preferred.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and overtime as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
