As a Consumer Finance Analyst, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the financial well-being of our organization. You’ll be responsible for thoroughly reviewing credit applications and assisting our customers, both internal and external, with all aspects of financing, from sale to funding. A keen eye for detail and analytical skills are required as you collaborate with various teams to ensure accuracy and completeness, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies and procedures. What You’ll Do:

• Be customer focused; fight to deliver the best outcome for each and every customer
• Determine correct path for customer financing when an in-home sale is achieved.
• Submit loans to lenders.
• Gather required stipulations to obtain approvals.
• Manage escalations with internal and external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Fund loans for completed orders.
• Manage daily task list to completion.
• Monitor any past due tasks for necessary follow-up.
• Update customer as necessary with loan application status.
• Answer incoming calls to achieve 90% answer rate.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We Need:

• High School diploma or GED
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years of professional work experience
• Problem solving, math and computer skills
• Excellent communication skills as well as great organizational skills
• Able to multi-task
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Some college
• Data entry experience
• Previous experience working in finance/accounting

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain sitting in a stationary position for prolonged periods
• Requires the ability to move about inside the office
• Must be able to move items weighing up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, vendors, and the public
• Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

Hours/Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year. Standard hours are M – F, 8:00 – 5:00 but due to cyclical nature of position, some overtime, including evening and weekend hours, will be required to complete projects under deadlines. Some local and statewide travel may be required.
