We are a leading Junk Removal company that offers fast, friendly, and professional service to residential and commercial customers. We help them get rid of unwanted items, such as furniture, appliances, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, and more. We also donate, recycle, or repurpose as much as possible, reducing the amount of waste that goes to landfills.
As a Truck Team Member, you will be responsible for driving our branded trucks, loading and unloading the junk, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be expected to generate leads and sales by promoting our services and offering free estimates. You will work with a partner and have the opportunity to earn cash/credit tips and monthly bonuses based on your performance.
To qualify for this position, you must have:

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for 3 years (for insurance purposes)

Must be 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)

A strong work ethic and a positive attitude

A friendly and outgoing personality

A willingness to learn and grow
-
A physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day

A working smart phone is required due to navigation/ app use

Weekend availability

Must be able to pass a background check and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

A competitive hourly wage of $13/HR plus tips and bonuses ($18-$20/HR AVERAGE ALL IN WITH TIPS)
