- Willing to work both in the office and alongside our team members on the truck (50% for the first month then 20%))
- Supervising a team of Truck Team Members and motivating them to achieve their goals that you have set with the assistance of the business owner.
- Ensuring high-quality execution for all jobs; monitoring post-job satisfaction of customers and proactively addressing any issues that arise
- Performing office responsibilities including maintaining an organized workspace.
- Manage daily operations including GANTT and customer contact
- Participate and support Ops in Morning Meeting
- Update Attendance Tracker (Call Ins, Late, etc.)
- Oversee Daily truck inspection (start and end of day)
- Ensure COGS are entered in Pipeline for every operating day
- Report any issues that arise from daily operations – accidents, damages or customer issues
- Complete Welcome Calls/Texts
- A great attitude and strong multi-tasking, time management skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong desire to help others excel and hit goals
- Valid driver's license
