Truck Team Member – Driver (General Labor / Customer Service)
Full-Time & Part-Time
Hours: We are a 7-day/week operation with shifts available on weekdays & weekends.

Pay: $18-$24 an hour (avg all-in). All team members start at $17/hr during training, then move to $18/hr. Team members average an additional $3.50-$6.50 per hour in tips, 401K and profit share that are paid out on every paycheck.You'll be joining a great team at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? where you can grow your skills, earn great pay, stay in shape, and feel good about the work you do. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: WOWing every customer with exceptional service and a great attitude
Sales: Up-selling and identifying sales opportunities
Truck Operations: Safe operation of the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Trucks
Junk Removal: Heavy and light lifting and removal of "junk" from client locations (ie. couches, chairs, appliances, recyclables, debris, yard, construction and garage junk)
Marketing: Enthusiastically advocate for our brand to all you meet and encounter
Safety: Commitment to your own health and safety and the safe and professional Navigation and driving of trucks and intelligent and efficient loading & unloading of customers' belongings.

You must:

Must be at least 21 years of age (note: required for insurance purposes)
Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (past 3 years). No DUIs.
Driving, Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
Be available to work at least 3 full days a week - 7:30am - 7:00pm (ie. 7-10 hours per day on average) - We pay overtime daily
Be drug-free to be considered for employment - we are a drug-free workplace
