Truck Team Driver – General Labor / Customer Service
Hiring Immediately for Full-Time & Part-Time - must be available to work at least 3 shifts per weekPay: $20-$27 /hr. avg all-in (inclusive of base pay of $17.50-22.50, tips,bonus & incentives).

About the position:
- Each shift starts at our office where you'll be matched up with your truck team and given your service routes for the day
- You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
- You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
- 23 years of age for driver positions (required for insurance purposes).
- Valid standard driver’s license & good driving record
- A positive, friendly attitude
- Physically able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
- Good communication skills
- ICHRA - Individual Healthcare Reimbursement after 90 days
- Simple IRA- Retirement Match up to 3%
- Holiday Pay- 3 holidays paid time and a half for hours worked
- Quarterly Cell Phone Stipend- $15-$30 per mo. determined by hours worked
