- Answer calls and document important information.
- Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate truck team members.
- Operate and manage calls and messages from customers, team members, and management.
- New technology including iPhone, Tablet & access to integrated software
- Respond to queries related to scheduled services and pro-actively reach out if route changes will impact timelines
- Prioritize and organize calls and services according to the urgency
- Manage Dispatch schedule to ensure availability is maximized and
- Conduct Trainings/Coachings for highest level of performance amongst Truck Team Members.
- Ensure compliance to rest and meal breaks
- Make and receive check-in calls from Truck Team Members
- Conduct Welcome Calls
- Supervise the route and status of field teams to prioritize their daily schedule
- Maintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation within our booking and scheduling system.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable and Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, Excel, Word, G-Suite, etc.
- GPS software experience desired
- Strong attention-to-detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast pace environment
