In addition to strong leadership skills and results orientation, the ideal candidate must demonstrate: 

  • Customer Service: Most days, you will be on the trucks alongside our Truck Team Members servicing our customers & increasing your sales skills

  • Sales: You will be the sales leader helping our truck team members sell our services to customers throughout the area.

  • Dispatch/Operations: You will run the routes for our Truck Team Members to ensure on time service is provided to all our customers

  • Finances: You will assist in balancing the daily books/cash reconciliation as well as certain operational tasks 

  • Sales Meetings: Prior to our truck team members hitting the road in the morning, we hold a quick, interactive sales meeting that includes reviewing sales numbers as well as coaching & role plays.

Candidate must also possess:

  •  An efficiency utilizing existing resources with a passion toward profitability (Entrepreneurship)

  • An ability to develop talent, and build a positive & inclusive culture

  • An ability to adapt & understand the company’s vision and align business systems to achieve performance goals

  • An ability to coach & hold others accountable

  • An ability to motivate and inspire to affect the actions of others to get results

  • Strong self-management and organization skills to balance workload, and conflicting priorities

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in business or relevant field

  • 2 - 5 years in sales and/or operation leadership in a service-oriented company

  • Experience leading employees within a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
