1-800-GOT-JUNK? is growing and looking for positive, physically fit people to join our Truck Team in Lakeland/ Winter Haven. We’re the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service, known for our professional, friendly team members and clean, shiny blue trucks.Truck Team Members - Customer Service, Driver & LaborHiring Immediately for Full-time, Part-Time, & Weekends- Hours: Various shifts are available. We operate 6-days a week Mon-Sat!
- Pay: Truck Team Members average $16-$22 /hr (all-in with base pay, bonuses, & great tips on every paycheck). Our top Truck Team Members avg $20 /hr and are paid weekly. We offer other great incentives.
- Each shift starts at our office located near Polk State College, where you’ll be matched up with your truck team and given your service routes for the day
- You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes, businesses and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
- You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
- 23 years of age (required for insurance purposes); 18 for non-drivers
- Valid driver’s license & good driving record (past 3 years)
- A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
- Physically able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
- Previous customer service, sales, labor, warehouse, hospitality, and/or driving experience is a plus!
