Truck Team Member – General Labor / Driver / Customer Service

• Starting pay (Drivers): $15.50/hr tips, monthly bonuses, and up to $0.50/hr raise every 6 months (avg $18.50 within first year!)
• Starting pay (Non-drivers): $15/hr tips, monthly bonuses, and up to $0.50/hr raise every 6 months (avg $18 within first year!)
• Health reimbursement program reimburses up to $250/month for qualified health insurance premiums and medical expenses
• Employee Referral Program rewards current employees with a $350 bonus when they refer a new employee, and that new employee remains with the company for 60 days.

About the position:

• 4 Day Work Week - Full Time employees work 4 of the 6 days we operate (Monday-Saturday, closed on Sundays)
• Days start at either 7AM or 8AM. No end-time is given. Hours will vary daily depending on the needs of the business (Truck Team Members currently averaging 30-40 hours/week with 4 day work week)
• Each shift starts at one of our various truck locations throughout Camden County (Mt. Laurel, Collingswood, Magnolia, Westville, West Deptford, Sewell, and Turnersville)
• You'll meet your partner at your assigned location, complete your pre-trip truck inspection, and dispatch to complete your assigned route.
• You and your partner will bring your positive attitudes to our customers’ homes and businesses and manually remove their unwanted items.
• You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating and waste management facilities

Qualifications:

• 21 years of age for Driver positions. 19 for non-drivers.
• Valid standard driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Reliable, hard-working, and a positive attitude!
• Physically able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous physical labor, customer service, sales, and/or driving experience a plus!
• Must be willing to undergo background check.
