• Nighttime Support: Address nightmares and prevent falls; provide assistance as needed.
• Hydration Assistance: Provide ice chips to alleviate coughing.
• Transfer Assistance: Safely transfer the client to the car or wheelchair for appointments.
• Bed Sore Prevention: Implement frequent rotating to prevent bed sores.
• Client's Condition: Manage bed sores; no wound care needed. No clinical assistance required; caregivers do not administer medical treatments.
• Medical Appointments: Accompany the client to doctor's appointments; schedule includes injections and blood draws.
