We are currently seeking a Materials Purchaser to complement our team and add to the level of enthusiasm, expertise and performance of our Purchasing Department.
This is an entry level Jr. Purchaser role that reports directly to the Purchasing Manager. We are looking for a team-player type that is self-driven, professional, enthusiastic, and analytical to fill this role. We want someone with high energy and drive that will keep up with the material demands of our production team as well as support the rest of the business with the supplies needed to perform at a high level every day. A Purchaser at 034Motorsport has the responsibility of purchasing products, raw materials, services and supplies for the entire organization. The purchaser works with all operations teams of 034Motorsport including Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Auto Service, Sales, Shipping, and Receiving.
Job Duties:

• Writing daily purchase orders
• Processing third-party special orders
• Overseeing inventory
• Supplier price negotiations & sourcing
• Evaluating price & part availability

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role as a purchaser is a plus
• Prior use of an MRP or ERP software, Sage 100 a plus
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google platforms
• Prior experience with part receiving and inventory restocking
• Automotive aftermarket or OEM parts counter sales experience a plus
