What will you do?

• You will act as “Data Privacy Coordinator” for  F&C relevant systems / matters and implementing corresponding measures.
• You will coordinate and manage compliance activities regarding our finance community.
• You will provide support in setting up Data Privacy / Security Contracts (GDPR) within F&C department and towards it’s subsidiaries especially within shoring activities, You will assure adherence to given laws and regulations (like DSGVO in Germany).
• You will be important connection between central compliance requirements and our functional finance units and take care of the operational execution of compliance requirements - especially for our digitalization projects und systems
• You will support setting up and regular renewing the data security frameworks & documentations of the F&C owned Systems.
• You will take care of our bi-annual compliance reviews for our finance planning tool SAP Analytics Cloud - you will prepare and pass the reviews and answer the questions from our internal privacy & security auditors by Group Privacy & Security
• You will support and take care of some requirements for our social partners like German workers council and also present and negotiate some topics with them (with German support)
• You will support and take care of some requirements for our Near- & Offshore regulations and also discuss some topics with our internal Near- & Offshore auditors
• You will take care of projects and special tasks in the compliance area that will come up over time in order to close possible compliance gaps and ensure overall compliance in our finance units.
