The primary responsibility is to manage partnerships in China, particularly in Shanghai. The position will be based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with student recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and key accounts to establish a robust pipeline for international student recruitment in the China market.
Recruitment and Marketing Campaigns: Lead student recruitment and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and convert leads into enrolments, achieving targeted recruitment goals.
Event Representation: Represent the institute at recruitment events and fairs in both Singapore and China, promoting programs and opportunities.
Collaborative Marketing Efforts: Work with the Marketing and Communications team to plan and execute localized digital campaigns, recruitment initiatives, and marketing events tailored to the China market.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop new collaboration opportunities to enhance company’s presence and reach within the China market.
Performance Analysis: Regularly evaluate and report on the effectiveness of recruitment and marketing strategies, offering data-driven insights and updates on outcomes.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with student admissions and other departments to streamline processes for engaging with prospective students, alumni, and partners.
Workshops and Campus Tours: Organize workshops and campus familiarization tours for agents, prospective students, and parents to showcase the institute’s offerings.
Communication: Ensure clear and timely updates to students and parents regarding new initiatives, operational changes, and other relevant administrative matters.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on legal and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to standards set by Edutrust/CPE and other governing bodies.

Requirements:
A recognized bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in the private education sector, with a strong focus on student recruitment and expertise in the China market.
Demonstrated success in managing recruitment campaigns, particularly with a focus on digital marketing strategies.
Established relationships and recruitment channels within the China market are highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with native Enligsh/Chinese-speaking clients.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a dedication to delivering excellent service and maintaining ethical standards.
