About the Role:

Join a dynamic team and play a key role in sourcing top tech talent for the global payments industry! We’re looking for a proactive and innovative recruiter with expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, and talent mapping to help drive hiring success.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Engagement – Identify and engage top technical talent via Boolean searches, LinkedIn, referrals, and cold-calling.

Stakeholder Management – Partner closely with HR, hiring managers, and external agencies to align recruitment strategies.

Recruitment Strategy – Drive innovative sourcing techniques and optimize processes to enhance hiring efficiency.

Market Research & Talent Mapping – Support data-driven recruitment decisions with in-depth market insights.

Candidate Experience – Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.

Requirements:

Proven sourcing experience in high-volume tech recruitment.

Strong Boolean search, LinkedIn, and alternative sourcing techniques expertise.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

At least 1 year of experience in tech sourcing (agency or in-house).
