Senior Assistant Manager (Education - Faculty Management) #NJN

Location: Pioneer

Salary Range: $5000 - $6000

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.45pm (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee faculty development initiatives
• Manage and oversee tenure-track and tenured faculty recruitment initiatives and activities
• Manage and oversee non-tenure track structured faculty appointments and re-appointments
• Manage and oversee the annual faculty performance appraisal exercise
• Manage and lead the faculty promotion & tenure (P&T) exercise
• Manage NAP & NRF Fellowship recruitment
• Manage and oversee the nomination of faculty for local and international awards
• Manage the NTU-MSE LinkedIn Recruiter platform to source potential candidates for faculty and research staff position
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering / Science with minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the administration in an Institute of Higher Learning.
• Extensive experience working with various stakeholders.
• Experience in career services with an Institute of Higher Learning.
• Knowledge of Project Management.
