1 Year Contract Assistant Manager (Education) #NJN

Location: Pioneer

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)

Duration: 1 Year Contract (convertible to perm)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the central marketing activities to meet recruitment goals.
2. Assist various program managers in formulating, planning, executing marketing and outreach campaigns to attract applicants.
3. To provide visual creation for social media, EDMs, and other online and offline channels.
4. Working with various program to brainstorm new ideas, layouts, and graphics.
5. Support the recruitment goals such as attending to enquiries, event execution and participation, CRM management, and other assigned tasks.
6. Efficient administration and processing of applications from submission to matriculation
7. Coordinate and work with students for marketing, admissions and recruitment related activities
8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for marketing, admissions and recruitment related activities.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in visual design is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Familiar with media channels, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Experience in event execution and management
  • Able to work after-office hours/ weekend when required
